The Details
The Professional Career Coaching program takes place over 10 weeks, through live-virtual interactive workshops via Zoom and a 3-day graduation to conclude the program. The interactive Zoom sessions occur on Mondays from 10 am to 11 am PST.

The program will provide you with the skills to succeed as a career coach; the confidence to start and build a successful business, and earn accreditation backed by two global coaching organizations, the International Association of Career Coaches and the International Coach Federation for CCE credits.

Week #3: Starting the Dossier
Learn what information you need from your clients to write or revise their resumes. Discover the power of knowing your client’s ideal job in the writing process.

Week #4: Creating Résumés
Create stunning résumés that make recruiters go WOW. Get templates and samples to accelerate the writing process.

Week #5: Cover Letters and LinkedIn
Learn when and how to write a cover letter. Plus, learn how to transform your client’s LinkedIn profile into a recruiter magnet.

Week #6: Building Your Client’s Go-to-Market Strategy
It’s time for you to help put your client out there. Learn how to leverage executive recruiters, navigate different job sites, and network effectively.

Week #7: The secret to confidence
Learn different methods for helping clients develop their storytelling skills and elevate their executive presence so their charisma and talent shine through in conversations with recruiters.

Week #8: The negotiation
Learn how to help your client nail their final interviews and negotiate an offer with confidence so they get what they deserve.

Week #9: The first 90 days
Your job as a coach doesn’t end when they sign their employment contract. Learn how to coach your client to success in the first 90 days
of their new job.

Week #10: 3-Day Live Graduation Event
