Cynthia is the founder of The Creative Career Coaching, a coaching organization that helps people stuck in a rut make radical changes in their careers. She is finishing up her certification in Resume Writing to become an IACC Certified Senior Professional Resume Writer. She has almost 10 years in Human Resources under her belt and can help people navigate professional changes and the interview and hiring process.
